Job Overview

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking bilingual agents to handle data breach communications with consumers remotely on a temporary, as-needed basis. Shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM on weekends.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with service inquiries
2. Learn common requests and solutions
3. Enhance customer experience during challenging situations
4. Utilize company service techniques and systems
5. Escalate dissatisfaction appropriately

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Reliable with good attendance
