Job summary

Premier Swim Academy - Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Pool Lead for part-time, on-deck leadership. You will act as the on-site leader during shifts, oversee deck operations, and help run high-quality swim lessons while ensuring safety and smooth operations.

In this dual-role, you will teach lessons and guide instructors, making quick decisions when the Pool Manager is away. A customer-focused attitude and strong communication are essential to keep lessons on schedule and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified lifeguard with StarGuard Elite Certification and a current Swim Instructor Certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage deck operations.
• Ability to teach swim lessons while overseeing staff and safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead during shifts when Pool Manager is absent.
• Oversee all deck operations, lesson flow, lane usage, and safety.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to instructors.
• Ensure lessons start/end on time and meet Premier standards.
• Respond to incidents with immediate escalation when needed.
