Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five years of progressive student services experience or the equivalent in postsecondary education
• Ability to simplify complex issues and identify priorities
• Conflict resolution and detail-oriented documentation skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities for strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Lead and represent the Student Services Department in day-to-day operations
• Provide College-wide leadership with faculty, staff, students and partners to achieve engagement and retention goals
• Oversee policies, procedures, and risk management related to student services
• Monitor Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy and Title IX compliance as needed
• Coordinate accommodations with ADA Compliance Coordinator and assist with grievance processes
• Plan and monitor departmental budget in line with policies
• Address complaints and supervise staff including performance reviews
• Monitor attendance and academic progress; recommend interventions as needed
• Maintain documentation of advising sessions and regulatory compliance
• Lead student events and participate in committees
• Stay updated on programs and collaborate across departments to foster a student-first environment
• Additional duties as assigned by Campus Director

Education
