Job summary

The University of Cincinnati is seeking a friendly, professional UC Blue Ash student to join the Student Life & Success team as an on-campus assistant.

You will gain experience in customer service, communication, teamwork, and leadership while helping students, families, and campus visitors; hours are around 4–6 per week with pay of $11 per hour, and you must be enrolled at UC Blue Ash.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at UC Blue Ash for at least one semester (Fall 2026 included).
• Friendly, dependable, and professional.
• Excellent communication in person and on the phone.
• Organized, punctual, and eager to help others.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher; first-year students must earn 2.5 GPA after first semester.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, families, and campus visitors.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages at the Student Life & Success and Info Desks.
• Connect students with campus resources and services.
• Support New Student Orientation, campus events, and Student Life & Success programs.
• Assist with special projects and other office tasks.
