Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled at least half-time (6 credits/semester undergrad; 3 for grads).
• Maintain TAMIU GPA: 2.0 undergrad, 3.0 grad.
• Must have FAFSA on file annually.
• Must be a Texas resident.
• SAPP compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine office inquiries from employees and students.
• Assist day-to-day maintenance and responsibilities of the department.
• Perform clerical tasks: phone, filing, scheduling, organizing.
• Support office operations and related duties as assigned.
• Input hours and maintain time sheets as required.
