Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students.

The role includes daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, and leading daily devotions. Couples transition into a placed houseparent role and receive housing, meals, benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Good driving record and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational programs.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
