Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents: a married couple living on campus to care for 8–13 students in a home setting, providing guidance, supervision, and support.

The role includes managing routines, coordinating activities, devotions, chapel attendance, budgeting, and training, with a nine days on/three off cycle, evolving into a placed home with the same group of students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
