Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents in a unique two-person role. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care and guidance to 8–13 students, with a nine-on/three-off schedule, and potential transition to a placed houseparent role.

Salary is paid per person, with comprehensive benefits, and relocation/training support is offered. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and legally married for two years.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in youth programs.
• Ability to work effectively as a couple in a residential setting.
• Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
