Qualifications

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth.
  • Two-person couple required, married at least two years.
  • Both spouses aged 27 or older.
  • No more than three dependent children in the home.
  • Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
  • Pet limitations: fish and one approved dog.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
  • Able to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff as role models.

Responsibilities

  • Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
  • Managing household routines and student schedules.
  • Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
  • Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events.
  • Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
  • Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
