Job summary

Campus Apartments in Washington is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Manager to oversee on-site operations, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional service to residents in a dynamic college housing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and prior supervision experience in property management, plus a real estate license is desirable. Live on-site and participate in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus prior supervisor experience in a property or housing management position.
• Real Estate license desirable.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Live on site and manage all on-site actions and tenant relations.
• Coordinate and oversee building maintenance and repairs.
• Operational budget control and reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operation/facilities reports.
• Oversee/manage the administrative activity of office staff.
• Provide first-class customer service to residents and ensure safety and maintenance.
• Promote harmonious relations among residents, staff and the community.
• Select, train, motivate, coach and counsel on-site personnel.
• Complete annual employee performance evaluations for on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
