Biosil, a science-backed vegan beauty supplement brand based in Miami, is seeking a Freelance On-Camera Talent to represent the brand across organic social media and digital ads.

This freelance role involves approximately 16 hours per week, collaborating with the Content and Ecommerce teams to create engaging short-form video content while delivering on-brand performances and quick turnaround on feedback. You will write, script, film and edit videos yourself.

Qualifications

• Experience being on camera (content creator, host, actor, or UGC).
• Love talking to the camera and engaging audiences.
• Understanding of beauty supplement market and talking points.
• Ability to translate technical product information into compelling video content.
• Strong social media instincts and audience growth awareness.
• Fast to respond and adapt to feedback, including quick interviews.
• Willing to iterate on shots until delivery is satisfactory.
• Able to learn key messaging quickly and deliver authentic performances.
• Must reside in or near Miami.

About the role

As Freelance On-Camera Talent for Biosil, you’ll be the face of the brand across organic social media and digital ads. This is a freelance role of approximately 16 hours / 2 days per week, working closely with the Content and Ecommerce teams to create engaging short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

• You will serve as on-camera talent on organic social media and digital ads.
• You understand how to tell a story, explain something in a super compelling way that people stop scrolling
• You build a character and personality that is consistent and recognizable
• You actively brainstorm with the content team about new video ideas
• Youwrite your own scripts based on the concept that comes out of the brainstorms
• You don’t manage, you do the actual work with your hands: write, script, film and edit videos specific to organic social or digital ads.
• You work with ecommerce team and bring short form ads to life for Meta
• You test different hooks, messaging, delivery styles, and creative formats
• You edit the videos that you make

• You understand and love the beauty supplement market and knows how to talk about it
• Youunderstand technical product information and translate it to compelling video’s
• You have social media instincts. You know what makes audiences grow and why.

• You are comfortable taking creative direction and adjusting delivery based on feedback
