Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate various forms of transportation (automobiles, vans, trucks) on roads.
• Provide clients with supervision and controls.
• Maintain trip and delivery records per KVC policy.
• Transport documents, medications, equipment as needed following HIPAA and KVC policy.
• Remain on call for transportation as assigned.
• Communicate daily with CBS teams for instructions and assignments.
• File reports on patient behaviors with workers, administrators, and directors.
