Job summary

Caris HealthCare is seeking a Week Night On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care under physician orders. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating total patient care and nursing care plans for each patient.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles and patient family teaching.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients during scheduled week night on-call shifts; handle after-hours and weekend duties as required.
• Answer and triage after-hours calls and coordinate appropriate patient care, including on-site visits when needed.
