Job summary

Senior Helpers® in Tucson seeks an on‑call weekend caregiver to support clients in home settings. You may be assigned last-minute shifts and will be paid a flat $50 when no call-outs occur. There are also opportunities for regular weekday shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and following each client’s care plan. We value willingness to learn, strong communication, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure quality in-home

• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned.

• Provide caring companionship through conversation, help with hobbies, meal preparation, and more
• Assist with non-medical care needs including normal aging challenges and hospital recovery
• Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed

If you are a home health aide, caregiver, registered nurse, or personal care assistant:

This position is for an on call person for the weekend. You will be assigned to fill last minute call out shifts as they come. If there are no call outs, you will be paid a flat $50. We also have availability for regular weekday shifts.
