Job summary

FreshPure Water Systems in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to join our on-call roster for diagnosing and repairing water vending equipment at retail locations.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers on-demand dispatch with no fixed schedule. Pay is $55 per hour, all-inclusive, with mileage and travel factored into the rate. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience with water lines, valves, fittings, connections.
• Hands-on electrical experience with wiring and components.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone with camera and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations in your area.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment.
• Complete a service report with before and after photos at each visit.
• Communicate findings and repair status back to the NWS home office.
