NWS — FreshPure Water Systems in Fayetteville, AR seeks an on-call Service Technician to diagnose and fix water vending equipment at retail locations. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor role with pay at $55/hr all-inclusive, including mileage.

You’ll use hands-on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues, submit service reports with photos, and communicate repair status to the home office. No fixed schedule; ideal for technicians expanding their side work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing and water lines, valves, fittings, connections.
• Hands-on experience with basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone with camera and ability to submit photos/reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations in your area.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment.
• Complete a service report with before and after photos at each visit.
• Communicate findings and repair status back to the NWS home office.
