Qualifications

• Board certified MT or CLS or eligible MT/CLS (ASCP or BOR).
• Experience performing automated and manual lab testing in a clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and lab safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests on specimens using automated and manual methods.
• Evaluate laboratory results and enter pertinent information to generate accurate reports.
• Maintain QA/QC records, calibrate instruments, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to communicate results and interpretations.
