Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of unarmed security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English and ability to follow procedures.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities and restricted areas per procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit to ensure compliance with access control.
• Support visitor management and screening.
• Monitor alarms and emergency notification systems.
• Observe CCTV and report suspicious activity.
• Conduct security screenings with handheld devices and walk-through detectors.
• Maintain situational awareness and identify threats.
• Report violations, incidents, emergencies per procedures.
• Support force protection and physical security initiatives.
• Provide professional customer service to staff and visitors.
• Assist in emergency response as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
