Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Flex Officer for a manufacturing facility in Fridley, MN. This on-call position covers shifts as needed, maintains security, and supports a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, enforce post requirements, and demonstrate strong English communication and basic computer skills. Driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written and oral communication.
