This full-time Flex Security Guard - Class A Building will monitor locations, respond to calls, and file detailed reports to ensure client safety and 24/7 coverage. Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Ability to work any day at any time
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to walk stairs, weathered conditions, stand long periods
• Pass state-required training and licensing
• Complete crisis prevention and site training
• Operate radios, phones, and console monitors
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills
• Current, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide fixed and roving unarmed security for client sites 24/7
• Monitor assigned location and write detailed reports
• Respond to calls and diffuse critical situations
• Enforce policies and regulations to ensure client safety
