Job summary

IPS Nationwide Inc. is seeking ON CALL Unarmed Retail Security Officers to support high-end stores across LA County. You will be part of a strict 3-person on-call team, providing a visible security presence in customer-facing environments.

Overview

IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across the LA COUNTY. We are seeking ON CALL Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.

You will be a part of as strict 3-man team for ON CALL Unarmed Retail Positions across LA County.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
• Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
• Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies
• Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports
• Work closely with store management and IPS leads.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Professionalism
• Ability to stand/walk for extended period

Schedule & Availability

• Reliable Transportation is required
• Coordinate with Area Manager and the other 2 On Call Guards to ensure no shift is left open.
• Must be open to varied schedules based on call offs, vacation/sick time requests and no shows.
