NWS — FreshPure Water Systems in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Service Technician on-call/gig to diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment. You’ll respond to dispatches at retail locations, complete service reports with photos, and report findings to the home office.

You must have hands-on plumbing and electrical experience and access to a reliable vehicle. This is a flexible, on-call role with no fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing — water lines, valves, fittings, connections.
• Hands-on experience with basic electrical systems — wiring, components, troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment on your own.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone with camera for reporting and photos.
• Available for on-call dispatch in your local area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations in your area.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment.
• Complete a service report with before and after photos at each visit.
• Communicate findings and repair status back to the NWS home office.
• Some jobs are a quick on-site fix; others may need a follow-up visit.
