Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep the classroom safe, orderly, and conducive to learning while the regular teacher is away.
• Follow and execute lesson plans left by the regular teacher and guide student activities.

• Take attendance, grade assignments if requested, and secure classroom materials.
• Leave a summary note for the returning teacher to communicate progress and next steps.
• Supervise students during non-class times such as lunch, recess, or study halls.
