Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively by providing clear, concise instruction using academic language.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction in the absence of the classroom teacher to ensure consistency in the educational program.
• Takes attendance, administers quizzes and tests, explains assignments, collects homework.
• Provides general supervision during class periods and on campus.
• Maintains a positive learning environment.
• Models respectful interactions with students.
