Typical projects are 1–2 days in residential homes, with pay per project based on scope and complexity. We look for 3+ years installing acrylic or solid-surface shower systems, strong carpentry, plumbing, and drywall skills, and a professional demeanor with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installing acrylic or solid-surface shower systems — walls, bases and tubs.
• Hands-on skills in carpentry, basic plumbing and drywall.
• Professional with homeowners; you represent the brand in the field.
• Clean, organized job sites with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own timeline.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic and solid-surface shower systems (walls, bases, tubs).
• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and drywall tied to the install.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and communicate with homeowners.
