Job summary

National Water Services, LLC seeks Service Technicians in Woodstock, IL to diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment. You will respond to on-call dispatches at local retail store locations and document repairs with before/after photos.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with on-call, as-needed hours and flexible scheduling to fit around your existing trade or maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience with water lines, valves, fittings, connections.
• Hands-on electrical experience - wiring, components, troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment independently.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone with camera for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail locations in your area.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment.
• Complete a service report with before and after photos at each visit.
• Communicate findings and repair status back to the NWS home office.
• Some visits are quick fixes; others require a follow-up; NWS coordinates with stores.
