Hopkins Public Schools seeks a Food Preparation Worker to support high-volume kitchen operations at multiple district sites. You will prepare simple recipes, wash and cut produce, and help with serving meals to students while following safety rules.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quick pace, and building trusted connections with students. The position may require working at various locations district-wide, with on-call hours and a focus on fresh ingredients, variety, and community nutrition

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in school food service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare simple recipes.
• Peel and cut fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Prepare fresh condiments and dressings.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices for food preparation and storage.
• Serve meals to students and assist with clean up.
• Assist with special diet accommodations.
