Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking a dependable School Custodian for an on-call role at a partner school in Orlando. You will help keep classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, and hallways clean and safe for students and staff every day.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, restocking supplies, setting up rooms for events, and performing minor maintenance tasks. Training is provided; safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Training provided; willingness to learn safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, hallways and offices.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies as needed.
• Set up and break down rooms for meetings, events and cafeteria use.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (bulbs, unclog toilets).
• Secure the building at end of shift and follow safety protocols.
• Respond to emergency cleaning needs and weather-related issues.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors; shampoo carpets as scheduled.
• Assist with grounds upkeep and light snow removal if applicable.
• Follow OCPS safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
