Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty in accordance with standards.
• Assist in directing nursing services and maintaining current policies and procedures.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with Nursing Service Manual and discharge planning updates.
• Participate in committees and quality assurance activities as required.
• Oversee staffing levels and delegate tasks to charge nurses.
• Maintain accurate reports and coordinate with administration as needed.
