Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Skilled Tradesman to provide restoration and disaster recovery services on a variety of projects. You will perform duties from demolition and material handling to painting and drywall finishing, while maintaining safety and adhering to EH&S protocols.

You should be ready to travel, respond to emergencies, and support daily field reports and expense tracking. A Water Mitigation Certificate within 1 year is encouraged; restoration/construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform physical labor safely.
• Willingness to obtain Water Mitigation Certificate within 1 year.
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mitigation activities including water extraction, fire and mold remediation, and emergency board-ups.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and job sites prepared for rapid response.
• Document daily field reports and track project expenses.
• Perform physical labor on restoration, construction, and demolition sites.
• Apply painting, drywall installation/patching, texturing, and interior finish work.
• Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols on hazardous sites.
• Be flexible with overtime, weekend work, and potential travel.
