Job summary

NWS — FreshPure Water Systems in Boulder, CO is seeking a hands-on Repair Tech for on-call, gig-based work. As an independent contractor earning $55/hr, you’ll diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no fixed hours, and the chance to work with a growing nationwide service network on a pay-per-dispatch basis.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience (water lines, valves, fittings)
• Hands-on electrical experience (wiring, components)
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with camera
• Available for on-call dispatch in your local area

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations in your area
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment
• Complete a service report with before and after photos at each visit
• Communicate findings and repair status back to the NWS home office
