Telecare Corporation in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist under supervision to deliver rehabilitation therapy services to clients, individually and in groups.

The role is on-call with shifting schedules; starting pay ranges from $28.43 to $35.13 per hour with geographic differentials applied. Pay is commensurate with relevant experience and location.

Formación

• B.S./B.A. in Occupational, Recreational, Music, Dance, Drama or Art Therapy, Vocational Counseling or related field.
• Six (6) months of experience in behavioral health setting.
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certifications required or within 60 days of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Post-offer physical, TB test, background clearances and license verification may be required.
• Driver's license and ability to use company vehicle.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under supervision, the Rehabilitation Therapist provides rehabilitation therapy services to members served, both on an individual and group basis.

On-Call | Shifts and days vary as needed

Expected starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• B.S./B.A. in Occupational, Recreational, Music, Dance, Drama or Art Therapy, Vocational Counseling or related field (Must meet any regulatory requirements for the use of these titles, specific to the program type or location)
• Six (6) months of experience in behavioral health setting
• Discipline certification or licensure may be required per program licensure or accrediting body requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.

• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
