Oklahoma Surgical Hospital in Tulsa seeks an ECB Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to work on-call on variable shifts. Initial hours may be part-time or full-time weekly until orientation, with a minimum of 24 hours per month.

Responsibilities include respiratory treatments, patient-ventilator management, EKGs, oximetry, and PFTs, plus equipment maintenance. Oklahoma licenses and BLS/ACLS are required; PALS within 60 days. Some overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Current CRT/RCP Oklahoma license required upon hire.
• Current RRT credential required for Registered Therapist.
• Current BLS and ACLS required upon hire. PALS required 60 days after hire.
• At least one-year experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• ECB Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist knowledge/experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform respiratory therapy treatments and patient-ventilator management.
• Administer diagnostic procedures including EKGs, pulse oximetry and PFTs.
• Manage cardio-pulmonary/respiratory equipment and related supplies.
• Intubate during a code blue if necessary.
• Work as needed during variable shifts; minimum 24 hours per month.
