The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing care and services for a group of hospice patients, visiting patients where they reside, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals. As a RN, you will complete hospice admissions and patient visits as needed. Applicants must have great clinical and communication skills. The RN is responsible for answering calls from patients, families and customers. The RN will make nursing visits for symptom management, deaths, and admissions as needed. This RN must also be passionate about hospice care and be a great advocate for both hospice services and Suncrest Hospice. This position will be after hours on‑call working seven days/nights on and seven nights/days off.
