Job summary

Community LIFE in McKeesport, PA seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours and weekend nursing care to older adults in their homes. This unique role offers full-time pay for working every other week.

Responsibilities include assessing illnesses, delivering treatments, educating patients and caregivers, documenting changes, and coordinating with the care team. Requires PA RN license, active and up-to-date, and 1 year of elder care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of frail/elderly care experience (home care/long-term care/community health preferred).
• Experience in patient/caregiver education is a plus.

• Deliver prescribed treatments and nursing interventions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team. This unique role offers full-time pay for working every other week, providing after-hours and weekend care and support to our participants in their homes.

Schedule

• OvernightWeekdays: On-Call from 3:30 PM - 8:30 AM (Monday-Friday) EVERY OTHER WEEK ONLY
• Weekends: 24-hour on-call coverage (Saturday & Sunday) EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY

McKeesport service area

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours nursing care and support to older adult participants
