Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Shelton, WA is seeking a Recovery Specialist II (On-Call) in a Mental Health program. You will provide direct and indirect care per individual service plans, with shifts 8:00 am–8:00 pm or 8:00 pm–8:00 am, and wage range starting at $19.67 and up to $27.75 with geographic differentials.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in a psychiatric setting or BA/BS with 1 year in mental health, and current WA AAC or CNA credential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one year in mental health.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and mental/physical health terminologies.
• Current Washington AAC certification or CNA credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care per individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
• Respond to physical and psychological needs of members served.
• Coordinate with care teams and support shift-based requirements.
