Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience required.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of property and prepare vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.

Skills

Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools

Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
