Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN or LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Documents care using computerized systems.
• Oversees resident-related care and coordinates with the Clinical Manager.
• Notifies physicians and families of significant changes and follows up.
• Maintains supplies, medications, and equipment per policy.
• Performs additional duties as required.
