Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Graduation from an accredited program.
• 2 years experience in rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement treatment as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families and demonstrate therapeutic techniques.
• Coordinate care with supervisors when guidance is needed.
• Provide quality clinical care on On-call, Day shift basis.
