You will also coordinate with contracted drivers to optimize schedules and routes, contributing to reliable student transportation. Qualified applicants are at least 25 years old with a valid Arizona driver's license, no CDL required, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clean driving record.
• Preferably 1 year of van driving or vehicle maintenance experience.
• Must possess IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must possess First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school-related activities.
• Adhere to pre-determined routes and schedules.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Maintain vehicle upkeep including oil changes, washing, vacuuming, fueling, and fluids topping.
• Comply with traffic laws and keep vehicles clean and orderly.
• Provide a friendly and professional environment for passengers.
• Coordinate schedules with school staff and drive partner drivers to meet safety standards.
• Manage scheduling, routing, and servicing of vehicles to minimize transportation disruption.

This multifaceted role is crucial in providing safe and reliable transportation for students, contributing significantly to their educational experience, and ensuring the operational efficiency and maintenance of our fleet. In addition, this position includes responsibilities for coordinating the schedules and routes of contracted drivers to optimize our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school-related activities.
• Adhere to pre-determined routes and schedules.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Responsible for the upkeep of vehicles including oil changes, washing, vacuuming, fueling, and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.
• Provide a friendly and professional environment for all passengers.
• Collaborate with school staff and adhere to school schedules.
• Efficiently manage the schedule for vehicle maintenance and service, ensuring minimal disruption to transportation services.
• Coordinate the scheduling, routing, and operational efficiency of other contracted drivers, acting as a liaison between drivers and the company to ensure all transportation services meet our standards of safety and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• No Commercial Driver License (CDL) required.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience as a van driver or in vehicle maintenance.
• Must hold a valid Arizona Driver's License.
• Must possess an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must possess First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and manage vehicle servicing needs.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with other drivers and management.
