Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of New Jersey or Pennsylvania, based on work location.
• One year medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Evidence of successful completion of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, evaluate and document nursing interventions per the care plan.
• Collaborate with the care team and ensure appropriate staffing and resources.
• Float to other units as needed per hospital policy and unit needs.
