Job summary

Jovie Newport Beach is seeking an on-call nanny to provide in-home care for children from 6 weeks to 13 years in OC/LA. You will create a safe, engaging environment and support families during work or obligations.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene help, supervising play, light housekeeping, activities, meals, homework help, and supporting sports or music practice. W-2 employment with paid background checks and training is offered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Over 18 years old or older
• CPR/First-Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to pass a background check and fingerprinting
• At least 2 years of childcare experience, including infants

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years within 20 miles (OC/LA).
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment while parents work or attend obligations.
• Help with personal hygiene, supervise outdoor play, light housekeeping, activities, meals, snacks, homework, and sports/instruments.
