Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform skilled trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC, in its West Chester/Malvern area facilities. You will complete work orders, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards in a busy healthcare-adjacent environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant trade experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting or electrical work or a recognized trade.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks across trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.).
• Maintain equipment and tools in proper condition and store securely.
• Complete work orders with accurate documentation.
