Qualifications

• Must be a skilled licensed CPT-1 phlebotomist with 100 successful blood draws.
• Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance or public transportation available.
• Need own computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories, venipuncture, manual blood pressure, vitals, and urine specimens.
• Perform collections at individuals' homes, workplaces, or specified locations.
