Job summary

OnWay Transport is seeking Medical Supply Delivery Drivers to transport lifesaving blood supplies to hospitals on an on-call basis. Independent contractors with flexibility and compassion are encouraged to apply.

Drivers must have a personal vehicle, a valid license, insurance, and a clean MVR, and be able to work with a dispatch app to manage deliveries and schedules. Vehicle type includes passenger cars of all sizes, with starting location in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• Availability - On Call is required.
• Driver App is required for dispatch and tracking.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
• Reliable vehicle is required for on-demand deliveries.
• Valid Insurance and Registration are required.
• Clean MVR (motor vehicle record) is required.
• Courteous and professional demeanor is essential.
• Punctual and dependable for on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver lifesaving blood supplies to hospitals and facilities.
• Load and unload items with proper handling.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the dispatch team.
