• Enters orders into POS device; handles cash and card payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of service area and equipment.
• Maintains proper serving temperatures and following HACCP standards.
• Greets customers courteously and assists in service efficiency.
• Explains menu items and assists in customer decision-making.
