The position offers full-time hours with compensation between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour and various benefits including health programs and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance in required uniform.
• Be available for on-call work.
• Handle snow and ice removal as necessary.
