Job summary

Cedar Irons Golf Course in Tacoma, WA is seeking an On-Call Maintenance Staff to uphold maintenance standards across the property. The role offers hourly pay of $19 to $20 with daily pay, plus benefits and perk programs through Columbia Hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, can interpret manufacturer literature, and handle chemicals safely. Lift requirement of 50 lbs and a willingness to be on-call for maintenance needs.

• Two or more years of related education, training and/or experience.
• Ability to interpret manufacturers literature for installation and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of proper chemical handling and disposal.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation, repair and maintenance standards throughout the property.
• Follow policies and procedures; use equipment only as intended.
• Report and address unsafe conditions immediately and maintain timelines and the preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain security, cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment and safety features.
• Ensure timely and courteous follow-up on client, guest and team member requests.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of related education, training and/or experience

• Working knowledge of proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools utilized at the property
• Ability to interpret manufacturers literature for installation, preparation, use and maintenance of various materials and products used throughout the property
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
