Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360's Prototypes Women's Center in Oxnard seeks an On Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct, in-person care in Residential and Withdrawal Management Programs. Working under supervision, the LVN supports individualized care objectives and adheres to nursing standards with cultural sensitivity.

The LVN delivers medication management, vital signs, documentation, and collaboration with the MDT to promote recovery and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license with the California Board of Vocational Nursing.
• Valid BLS Certification.
• Valid California Driver's License and access to registered and insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care plan.
• Monitor client care and treatment.
• Assess and report on client behavioral changes.
• Take and record accurate vital signs.
• Observe universal precautions, including handling of bloodborne pathogens, lab specimens, and infectious waste disposal.
• Maintain a safe environment for clients.
