Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to supervise and assist adolescents in a detention setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and services to adolescents in a detention setting awaiting court appearances.
• Contribute to restorative justice programs and youth accountability and development.
• Deliver life skills, anger management, and substance education within a therapeutic framework.
• Work as part of a team to maintain safety and security in the facility.
